Where is the country of Bosnia and Herzegovina located? Bosnia and Herzegovina  is a country at the crossroads of south and southeast Europe, located in the Balkans. With a mainly hilly landscape, the country of Bosnia and Herzegovina has a rather fickle climate. Winter
